Easy to find and order products. You had all the products I wanted in stock. The package was securely packed. It was in a flat box, and the individual 12x12 sheets were attached to a piece of cardboard for stability. The distress ink pad was in a ziploc bag in case of leaks. Everything arrived in perfect condition. 49 & Market papers and embellishments are gorgeous and very nice quality. And I'm a huge fan of Tim Holtz inks, stamps and stencils. I will enjoy using them for my daughter's wedding scrapbook.

Shopping is always easy. I love having a wish list so that when there is a special discount I can just look at it and choose.

Only comment is that the return address has a man's name listed before the company name. I found that a bit strange.

The box was all busted by USPS. I was concerned when it got here if the contents would be ruined. Everything inside was fine. Just the box was dented looked like it was stepped on.
